Kylee’s Childhood

Kylee’s Childhood was full of love and happiness. She had two parents who were always there for her, and a large extended family that she loved spending time with. Kylee enjoyed playing with her cousins and going on family vacations. She was a bright and cheerful child who always looked forward to the next adventure.

However, tragedy struck when Kylee was just 11 years old. Her mother died in a car accident, leaving Kylee and her father to cope with the devastating loss. This event changed Kylee profoundly; she became withdrawn and struggled to find her place in the world. It took a long time for Kylee to heal from this devastating loss, but eventually she found her way back to life.

In adulthood, Kylee started working as a medical assistant. She was very good at her job and enjoyed helping people. She also became involved in volunteering work at a local animal shelter. Unfortunately, Kylee’s life was cut short when she was diagnosed with cancer just before her 33rd birthday. Despite the daunting prospect of facing death head-on, Kylee put all of her energy into fighting the disease until she finally passed away in 2017.

Her Teen Years

Kylee was born on October 5, 1994 in South Jordan, Utah to Cindy and Cory Jensen. She loved spending time with her family and friends. At 17 years old, Kylee tragically passed away from a car accident on Saturday, September 24, 2015. Kylee was in the backseat of a car that was hit head-on by another vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Kylee is survived by her parents Cory and Cindy Jensen, sister Keilee Jensen, grandparents Laurie (Fowler) Jensen and Roy (Hawkins) Jensen, aunt Stephanie (Benson) Jensen and uncle Seth Benson. Kylee was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was an outstanding student and athlete who enjoyed playing the violin, basketball, volleyball, and running track. Her funeral will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 30th at the Salt Lake Memorial Park Cemetery.

Her Marriage

Kylee and her husband were married for six years before she passed away. They had two children together, a son and a daughter. Kylee was a stay-at-home mom until her children were both older and could take care of themselves. She then started working in the medical field as a registered nurse. In the last few years of her life, she began to suffer from an illness that no one knew how to treat. She passed away at the age of 32 in 2016. Her husband is still struggling to come to terms with her death.

She was born on September 11th, 2001. Kylee and her husband were overjoyed at the arrival of their daughter.
Sadly, due to complications from her premature birth, Kylee passed away on July 9th, 2002. She was only eighteen months old.

The Accident that Changed Her Life Forever

She is currently the founder of The Kylee Stoltz Foundation, which helps young adults facing cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Kylee passed away peacefully at home on May 16, 2016 after a long and difficult battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her death.

Born and raised in Ely, Minnesota, Kylee graduated from Ely High School in 2003. After high school she attended Augsburg College in Minneapolis where she earned a degree in English and Creative Writing. In 2006 she moved to Chicago to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she earned her MFA in Creative Writing. In 2012 Kylee relocated to New York City to begin a new chapter in her writing career. She worked as an editorial assistant for an online magazine and then as an editor for an independent publishing company. Kylee had been living in Brooklyn since early 2015 when she was diagnosed with cancer.

Kylee was an incredibly talented writer and she will be deeply missed. Her work has been published by publications such as The Huffington Post, Literary Hub, Bustle, Salon, and more. Her writing often centered around female empowerment and issues that are important to her, such as body image, mental health, and self-acceptance. In addition to writing, Kylee was also a photographer and artist who loved.
