5 Improvements We Can Expect in the iPhone 16 Series
Bigger Displays for iPhone 16 Pro Models
According to display analyst Ross Young and a Weibo leaker, Apple is likely to increase the size of the iPhone 16 Pro displays from 6.1 and 6.7 inches to 6.3 and 6.9 inches, respectively. Leaked details from MacRumors also support this claim.
Improved A18 Chip for Better Performance
Apple's upcoming A18 chip, expected to be used in the iPhone 16 series, will bring improvements in power consumption, heat management, and CPU power. Tech analyst Jeff Pu suggests that Apple will develop a base model and a Pro version of the A18 chip, with a switch from the N3E to N3B manufacturing process.
Periscope Lens and Tetra Prism Lens for Pro Models
Apple plans to add a periscope lens to both Pro models of the iPhone 16 series, allowing for enhanced zoom capabilities. Additionally, due to the increase in display size, a tetra prism lens is expected to be added to both Pro models in 2024.
We are still months away from the release of the iPhone 16 series, but these improvements are highly likely to be seen in the upcoming models. Stay tuned for more updates on Apple's latest innovations.
