Chicago Fire Renewed for Season 12 on NBC!

One Chicago family, get ready for more action!
Get excited, Chicago Fire fans! The popular show, along with all the other One Chicago shows, has been officially renewed for the 2023-2024 season on NBC. That means we can expect more thrilling episodes coming our way in early 2024. But there's a twist – Season 12 will be a shortened 13-episode season. Why, you ask? Well, it's all because of Hollywood strikes.
Dick Wolf is back!
One Chicago creator Dick Wolf couldn't be happier about the news. In a statement, he said, "I'm pleased to continue my four-decade relationship with Universal Television and NBC." With his passion and talent, we have no doubt that Season 12 will be just as amazing as the previous ones.
Who's returning for Season 12?
While we're still in the dark about the plot details for Season 12, we do have some exciting news about the cast. Many familiar faces are expected to return, keeping the Chicago Fire family intact. However, there is also one person who will be leaving after the season ends. Who could it be? We'll just have to wait and find out!
