Luxury Collection Property in the Dodecanese islands

Marriott is bringing luxury to Greece's Patmos island with the announcement of a new Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. Set to open next summer, the Patmos Aktis will be the only luxury resort on the island, offering guests a one-of-a-kind experience.

Stunning Location and Design

Located on Patmos, known for its rugged coastline and biblical connections, the Patmos Aktis offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The resort will feature 56 guest rooms, suites, and villas, with more rooms planned for 2025. The rooms will showcase the island's natural beauty with an earth-tone palette and simple yet luxurious design.

Taste of Greece

Guests can enjoy traditional Greek cuisine at Plefsis Tavern, a beachfront restaurant inspired by the Dodecanese islands. The resort will also have a bar and terrace where visitors can savor drinks while taking in the stunning views.

Luxurious Spa Experience

The spa at Patmos Aktis will offer signature treatments designed to detoxify the mind and relax the body. Guests can indulge in wellness journeys that include rose-infused body and beauty treatments, mystical sessions with Tibetan bells, and drinks flavored with rose petals.

A Hidden Gem in Greece

Patmos may not be as well-known as Mykonos or Santorini, but it is a quiet island with fishing villages, beautiful coastline, and charming villages to explore. Visitors can also visit the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian, a Greek Orthodox monastery with historical significance.

Expanding Hotel Scene in Greece

The opening of Patmos Aktis adds to the growing list of luxury hotels in Greece. In recent years, Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton have all opened new properties on various Greek islands, offering visitors a range of upscale options.

Stay tuned for more details on the exact opening date and pricing of Patmos Aktis.
